28-29 The Supreme court and Emperor shall decide larger issues including some murders, and war crimes. The other courts shall decide smaller matters such as thievery.
30 Committing an act of hate against Greenland or the Emperor will get you put into jail for 1 years all the way up to life in prison or execution depending on the severity of the crime.
31 No person or group in Greenland can have their own personal military or force that apposes the rule of the Emperor
32 All people that are in the Military of Greenland shall not be able to quit the military until there term of service ends.
33 The Emperor can pardon any person that has been prosecuted by a lower court or can send the matter to the Supreme court.
